115.978 Improving Transparency of Non-Physician Practitioners
The Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY) advocate and lobby with all relevant stakeholders for more regulation and transparency of non-physician practitioners, such as a public, state-wide directory of non-physician practitioners, which includes information such as office location, field of practice, whether they have a collaborating/supervising physician, and the identify of their collaborating/supervising physician.
