120.990            Physician Notification of Insurance Payments Made Directly to Patients:

MSSNY will seek legal or regulatory action to require that insurance carriers be mandated to notify physicians of the amount and date of insurance claim payments made directly to their subscribers, regardless of the physician’s participation status in the plan.
