130.991              Financial Disclosure Requirements by Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), Revision of:

MSSNY supports legislation and/or regulation to require that all managed care entities or organizations incorporate into their annual financial disclosure statements all disbursements made by such entities or organizations for all administrative purposes, marketing, physician, hospital, pharmacy and ancillary health care provider services, as well as any surplus funds, profits or dividends declared.
