150.984 Outpatient Medical Services:
MSSNY is seeking legislation to provide that practitioners whose practices are supported, sponsored by and financially beneficial to hospital controlled satellite diagnostic and therapeutic facilities be held to the same self-referral standards to which the community-based practitioners are held.
