165.841 Adverse Impacts of Single Specialty IPA’s
MSSNY will seek legislation and/or regulation to prevent managed care plans from replacing their participating physicians with those of a non-primary care physician single-specialty IPA. MSSNY will seek a study from the AMA relating to the impact of managed care plans replacing their participating physicians with those of a non-primary care physician single specialty IPA.
