165.891 Patient-Directed Educational Campaign Regarding Managed Care Organizations:
As part of its ongoing efforts to achieve meaningful reform of abusive managed care practices, MSSNY will (a) utilize educational materials that encourage physician and patient grassroots advocacy; and (b) work to educate physicians, the public and patients regarding the increasing threat to the health care delivery system caused by excessive health plan market share, profits and executive compensation.
