165.924 Health Plan Fee Schedule Releases:
MSSNY will continue to monitor the activities of health plans as they pertain to the violation of Section 4406-c (5-a) of the New York State Public Health Law, specifically, the refusal of health plans to release their fee schedules to physicians; and will continue to encourage members to report to the MSSNY health plans that violate Section 4406-c (5-a) of the New York State Public Health Law.
