165.951                Quarterly Financial Disclosures:

MSSNY will seek the introduction of legislation and/or regulation to require HMOs and insurance companies to provide quarterly: a standard financial report, a statement of financial reserves, and a statement of outstanding debt including “disputed” and “undisputed” claims to the Medical Society of the State of New York and that MSSNY shall seek the introduction of legislation and/or regulation to require HMOs and insurance companies to report to the State all transfers of funds in excess of $250,000 not in the ordinary course of business within 15 days of such transfer and that such legislation and/or regulation should require HMOs and insurance companies to provide, upon request by MSSNY, an independent audit of a quarterly report when in the quarter for which the report was issued, such plan has transferred funds in excess of $250,000 not in the ordinary course of business.
