165.960 Capitation:
The Medical Society of the State of New York will seek legislation or regulation which (a) defines acceptable financial risk arrangements between physicians and managed care plans to minimize the potential for the reduction or limitation of appropriate access to medically necessary services; and (b) ensures that managed care plan enrollees be entitled to know the type of financial risk arrangement health plans have in place for their providers.
