175.969 Medicaid and Child Health-Plus Renewals
The Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY) will work with the New York State Department of Health Office of Health Insurance Programs to establish policy that the insureds in Medicaid and Child Health Plus programs be contacted about the status of their insurance renewals and initial applications via their preferred method of communication, including but not limited to mail, e-mail, text and telephone.
