175.983 CPT Coding:
MSSNY will (a) draft legislation to require that the Medicaid program limit itself to standard Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) coding and standard billing forms and will attempt to secure sponsors for this legislation in the majority party of each house of the New York State Legislature; and (b) actively lobby to get this legislation introduced and passed in this legislative session.
