175.992 Site of Service Differential Payment Policy:
MSSNY reaffirms its position calling for the elimination of the highly objectionable Medicaid site of service differential payment policy for similar services provided in physicians’ offices as compared to hospital settings; particularly as the state-proposed Medicaid Managed Care Demonstration unfolds.
