175.995 Funding for Medicaid Services:
MSSNY has urged the Governor of the State of New York not to impose co-payments on Medicaid services, including nursing and therapy visits, paraprofessional services, prescriptions, and clinic visits. In addition, MSSNY has urged the Governor to: (1) Retain the existing Medicaid personal care program; (2) Retain Medicaid payments to hospitals for patients receiving alternative level of care services; and (3) Not to freeze Medicaid reimbursement rates for home health care providers.
