195.901 Combatting the Corporatization of Healthcare
The Medical Society of the State of New York re-affirm MSSNY Policy 195.919, and the New York delegation to the American Medical Association introduce a resolution at 2025 AMA Annual House of Delegates meeting advocating for the repeal of any law or regulation that imposes a penalty or deduction on Medicare physician payment based upon the results of a value-based payment program.
