207.932 Supporting Physicians with Children in MSSNY
MSSNY supports the concept of proper childcare for families of working parents, in particular of suitable childcare that supports physician parents, and encourages the development of childcare opportunities in or near medical centers and hospitals.
MSSNY strengthen the ability for parent members to fully and actively engage in organized medicine by (a) working with members to create childcare opportunities during MSSNY in-person meetings and events; and (b) provide appropriate spaces and accommodations for breastfeeding and pumping.
