207.939 RFP Process for MSSNY Contract Renewals
Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY) recognizes the discretion of the Board of Trustees in the review and approval of MSSNY’s contracts including appropriate solicitation of request for proposals (RFPs) and encourages the Board to proactively inform MSSNY Council, when appropriate, regarding review and approval of new or existing contracts.
