260.874 Providing Information on Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPO)
The Medical Society of the State of New York will raise awareness of the Extreme Risk Protection Order (ERPO) process and that physicians may opt to use this process to protect patients and family members and that MSSNY provide links to the New York’s Unified Court System which has a step-by-step guide and other information for filing the ERPO, on the MSSNY website, publications, and other communications methodologies that are available.
