260.891 Prohibit Ghost Guns
The Medical Society of the State of New York supports state and federal legislation and regulation that would subject homemade weapons to the same regulations and licensing requirements as traditional ones. MSSNY will introduce a resolution to the AMA which will seek support for state and federal legislation and regulation which would subject homemade weapons to the same regulations and licensing requirements as traditional ones.
