260.914: Banning the Marketing and Sale of “High-Energy/Stimulant Drinks” to Children/Adolescents Under the Age of 18
MSSNY supports a ban on the marketing of “high stimulant/caffeine drinks” to children/adolescents under the age of 18 until such time as the scientific evidence regarding the possible adverse medical effects such drinks may have on children and adolescents is determined.
