260.971 Adoption of a Defined Safe Passing Law in New York
The Medical Society of the State of New York supports the passage of the Defined Safe Passing law in New York State to protect cyclists and promote safer roadways for all users and, the Medical Society of the State of New York encourages its members to advocate for the Defined Safe Passing law by engaging with local representatives and raising awareness about the importance of safe passing laws.
