MSSNY will seek to amend the New York State Civil Practice Law and Rules to mandate disclosure of the name, or names, of a prosecution’s expert witness prior to trial for purposes of deposition. (HOD 1994-85; Reaffirmed HOD 2014; Reaffirmed HOD 2024)
