265.814 Insurance Companies Collecting Deductibles and Copays
The Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY) will seek legislation such that insurance companies pay the physicians the full fee for covered services without deducting deductibles and copays and that the deductibles and copays will be collected directly from the policyholders.
