270.959 Protecting Physicians Freedom of Speech Regarding Firearm Safety
The Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY) affirms and will advocate for the ability of physicians to have confidential discussions that a patient and physician believe are pertinent to the patient’s health, and further, that the patient-physician relationship is paramount to the profession of medicine and shall not be abridged.
