270.974 Neutral Arbitration Process for Physician/Hospital Disputes
MSSNY will develop and identify resources that may assist physicians and their hospital medical staff to review, and where appropriate, to seek revisions or modifications to the medical staff bylaws in order to enhance the ability of the medical staff to organize and carry out its responsibility for the quality of care in the hospital as well as enhance due process protections to members of the medical staff.
