270.975 Privacy of Physician Personal Information
MSSNY, working with the Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS), the Greater New York Hospital Association (GNYHA) and the New York Health Plan Association, will seek solutions which would enable hospitals and health plans to fulfill their health code requirement while preserving the privacy of a physician’s personal medical records and maintaining compliance with ADA.
