MSSNY pursue legislation which would expand the definition of the Good Samaritan Law to include physicians in a hospital setting who may voluntarily respond to emergent situations, thereby protecting the physicians from malpractice suits.  (HOD 2005-61; Reaffirmed HOD 2015; Reaffirmed HOD 2025)
