70.918 Medication Prescription Simplification
The Medical Society of this State New York work with all relevant agencies including New York State Department of Health and Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement to periodically review and revise the controlled substance list with a goal to balance the risk and benefit of tracking patient use versus increasing administrative burdens and, the Medical Society of the State of New York supports any legislative proposals that would accomplish the same goal.
