75.974 Pharmaceutical Practices
All pharmaceutical insurers must operate with complete transparency so as not to monopolize the industry. MSSNY shall take action to immediately refer to the New York State Attorney General any evidence of collusion within the pharmaceutical supply chain. (HOD 2015-103; Reaffirmed HOD 2025)
