85.931 Addressing Additional State Mandated Educational Requirements for Physicians
The Medical Society of the State of New York advocates for meaningful physician input before enacting new mandatory educational modules, and for the involvement of educational specialists to design high-yield, concise, and effective educational content. The Medical Society of the State of New York advocates for any state-mandated educational requirements to be offset by reductions in licensing fees as compensation for the time and administrative burden placed on physicians.
