95.963 Amend the Family Health Care Decisions Act
The Medical Society of the State of New York seek and support legislation to amend the Family Health Care Decisions Act (FHCDA) to provide that health care decisions for persons who have been found to lack capacity to make health care decisions, or for persons for whom no guardian has been appointed pursuant to that article but who have intellectual or developmental disabilities, shall be governed by the FHCDA .
