265.832 Emergency Out of Network Services
The Medical Society of the State of New York will work with the American Medical Association to pursue legislation or regulation which will require health plans not regulated by the State of New York to pay physicians for emergency out-of-network care at least at the 80th percentile of charges for that particular geo-zip as reported by the Fair Health database.
