115.982 Restricting the Nurse Practitioner Modernization Act
MSSNY will support expiration of the Nurse Practitioner Modernization Act statute and its sunset provision when it is scheduled to expire in 2021. The policy will revert back to its original form, prior to passage of the Nurse Practitioner Modernization Act in 2014, to restore patient safety and transparency.
