165.898 Health Care Reinvestment Fund:
MSSNY will support legislation to (1) create a health care reinvestment fund to assure that a portion of health insurer profits are returned to physicians and hospitals within the service area served by each insurer; and (2) limit an insurer’s medical loss ratio.
