85.939 Expanding Visa Requirement Waivers for NY IMGs Working in Underserved Areas
The Medical Society of the State of New York support reauthorization and expansion of the Conrad-30 J-1 visa waiver program, including permitting reallocation of unused slots to states that have already used the maximum number of waivers; that the New York delegation to the American Medical Association advance this resolution for consideration at the next Annual AMA Meeting.
