240.980 Modify Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment (CLIA) of 1988 It is the position of The Medical Society of the State of New York that it is proper to remove the CLIA certification mandate requirement for physicians who only use CLIA-waived tests and physician-performed microscopy.
