150.976 Opposition to the Criminalization of the Infractions of State Statutes and Regulations Regarding Post Graduate Supervision and Staffing:
MSSNY will notify all teaching hospitals of the importance of adherence to the requirements of State Statutes and Regulations regarding Post Graduate Supervision and Staffing. MSSNY shall continue to oppose the Criminalization of good faith medical judgment, and each teaching institution required to comply with State Statutes and Regulations Regarding Post Graduate Supervision and Staffing regulations shall provide on a yearly basis a copy of those regulations to each house officer and each attending physician.
