150.977 Prohibit Institutions from Mandating In-House Testing:
MSSNY will seek measures to prohibit mandatory in-hospital pre-operative testing when those tests, including but not limited to blood and urine, EKGs, chest X-rays, etc are performed in a qualified physician’s office or in a state-and/or CLIA-accredited facility.
